For so many people, this is a scary word! So let’s do it together! During this hands-on four hour class we will be pressure canning from start to finish.
We’ll be using both the All-American and the Presto canners and you will learn...

- Safety features of modern canners that keep you safe.

We will take a short break for lunch so please bring a lunch.
